I’m certain the good Doctor chooses such a manner of speech to reflect his stunning intellect and sophistication, even if it may not technically be legitimate considering his origins. Still, if he were in fact of this world, I would say nothing would fit him and his charm quite as perfectly~ In fact, it reminds me a bit of a certain very charismatic actor…
